Today, we’re pulling back the curtain and giving you a front-row seat to see how our social media management process works! We’re detailing everything from the introduction to how our clients participate, too.

Business Overview Meeting

No one knows your business better than you! This is why we put a big emphasis on getting to know you and your brand and the goals you have for your business. Once we have a great idea of your brand, we hone in on where you want your business to grow. This enables us to tailor the social media strategy to feed those goals. For example; if brand awareness is needed, we will craft content that educates consumers on what your business is and how it can solve the consumer’s pain points. However, if growing your customer base is the key, then we focus on showcasing your products and services in unique and eye-catching ways.

Onboarding

Part of the strategy we create for your business includes onboarding your social media accounts. This can be as simple as us logging in and getting your accounts set up on our scheduling apps and uploading your branding (logos, colors, fonts, etc.) to arranging a professional photo shoot, to a full-scale overhaul of your social accounts. Overhauls can involve updating descriptive information, linking accounts, setting up new accounts (Google Business and or LinkedIn, for example), and or modifying color schemes and logos.

Post Review

After the strategy is set and all the accounts are up and running, we create the actual content. We ask that our clients review the first six posts for accuracy, voice, and overall feel. While it’s our job to create something awesome for our clients, we don’t want it to be so crazy different (unless they want crazy different) or for it to not feel like something you would create yourself. The good news is that the more we write, the better we get.

Rock and Roll

Once we have established the lane that everyone is happy with, we’re off to the races. Our clients enjoy the freedom of knowing that their social media is showcasing their brand in a way that will grow their business and achieve their goals without having to lift a finger (or maybe just like a pinky).

Here’s what our full-scale social media management includes:

  • Social post strategy, including analytical analysis
  • Full post development
  • 4 static posts per week, including Reels to:
  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and or Google Business
  • 4 Stories per week to IG and FB
  • Daily engagement

For many clients, we keep a Google Sheets calendar that is updated in real-time. The client can check in and see what we have planned or let us know of any upcoming things to be highlighted.

Our Client’s Role

Each of our clients is different; they have different needs, different goals, and different preferences – and I’m happy to say that we work to meet each of them where they’re at. Some we email and/or talk weekly to discuss changes in the business, and some we meet only once or twice a year, and they email when they have something new or exciting to promote. Most of them prefer that we do all of the posting, and a few enjoy plugging in a post when they have time to do so. Having access to the content calendar allows them to post knowing that they’re not hitting on a similar topic but that they’re also crafting posts that are part of the social strategy.
